WE WOULD NOT EVER NEED ANY LAWS IF PEOPLE ALWAYS DID WHAT IS RIGHT AND MORAL. but as longasthereare self important heartless people that only want to make a buck we will have laws. And if there are consequences from those laws it is the falt of the cruel and unwise people. Do the right thing from the start! ONLY BUY CAGE FREE EGGS! Even well meaning laws often have unintended consequences. I have purchased Norco Ranch free range eggs, but they do not seem to be available any more. They're sold at COSTCO (big time!) and their cartons are well marked with Norco Ranch in big blue letters plus lots of fancy-schmancy verbiage and logos hawking their product's safety and certification, leading the consumer to believe they are buying a high-quality product from a quaintly-depicted little ranch out there, somewhere, in little ole Norco, CA.
