Maybe if enough folks deployed such reflectors, the scum (and anyone in our much-worshiped military who followed orders and used these devices is SCUM) deploying the "non-lethal" weapons could be brought to their treasonous knees. I particularly like the bit from Raytheon that Silent Guardian would "de-escalate aggression." That's a laugh riot. I don't know about you, but if some thug blasted me with such a nefarious device, I'd do everything in my power (if left standing, that is) to help reduce it to scrap metal ASAP. That's when things get really dangerous for those who would employ such weapons. Go ahead, but there won't be enough Blackwater thugs to protect you from the righteous wrath you will cause.
