Sooner or later you’ll end up at a cow. More of it winds up on irrigated vegetable fields than on alfalfa to grow hay for cattle. At least in Arizona and California where most of the Colorado River winds up. Urban use is also a huge factor. Once this resource is used up which it will be the end of abominations like Phoenix and LA- and good damn riddance..... One quick demure, from a native Arizonan who grew up in Agribusiness,
