The waste of resources affords no protection from the networks that humans are quite capable of creating without any electronic footprint whatsoever. The only defence against terrorism is transparency , justice and equality before the Law and lets face it folks there is NO nation on this planet that is not run by self serving cliques of corrupt bastards who are psychological cripples drawn to authoritarian power .
