The point is to turn this hypocrisy on its head and with it society (some heads will have to roll - it cannot be done progressively since corporate interests both on the global and municipal level would fight tooth and nail to preserve the status quo), if we ever want to construct a more honest, fairer, and overall better world. bourgeois ‘democratic’ institutions such as this farcical election is nothing but a game of charades. However I think it is somewhat ridiculous to say that all the press being giving to Palin over Biden has to do with Biden familiarity. It is clearly due to Palin lack of familiarity and what she represents. This is more a reflection of the corruption of the media and misuse of the public airwaves which as been privatized of which Ralph has eloquently criticized.
