Thank you, thank you, Dissident voice, for double-posting me. (It always makes the poster seem so aware. ) I'm sure it was my fault!! (Silly, little piss ant me.)

So having tried so clumsily to expose Gary Kaposta as the big piss ant asshole he (obviously) is, I'll forget my efforts, GK's insults, and the technically concerned Dissident Voice posters (as well as Sunil Sharma and Lee Hall), and finish my afternoon nap. Suggesting only, to anyone who chances upon these lines, please read the SECOND version of my post beginning "Apparently" (above), and put a closing quotation marks after Gary Kaposta's final "g".

Apparently, everyone considers this article too old to look at, or even check their own posts at.

Nonetheless, because Gary Kaposta is so single-minded and focuses on a simple, private question with such intensity, I hope Eric Patton - who originally asked the question of Kaposta - or anyone else with a good understanding of the English language (ie, who can recognize a simple question when they read it) - will appreciate the humor in Kaposta's "reply." (I think of Gary Kaposta now as that "LITTTLE PISS ANT BITCH.")

“Lloyd. Re bullshit, you must have a high concentration of it between you ears. Again, there is no attempt to sell anyone , anything, anywhere in The Obesification article. I give seminars on a regular basis and we have helped countless people to break the addiction to junk food/drink., My suggestion to you is see a good shrink and try to get some semblence of a life. If something in the piece is not accurate, point it out. Otherwhise, shut the fuck up you litttle piss ant bitch!

Best Regards,

Dear Lloyd,

Our company ,NUTRICO, is selling health thru nutrition. The corrupted food supply poses a serious threat to the countries economic future. Socrates said, " In a free society, if the individual was unable to maintain good health, that neglect would manifest itself in the form of such huge healthcare cost that it would bankrupt the society".

I came up with the word Obesification because it accurately decribes a process that has taken place over the years that has made the U.S. the fattest nation in the world. There is no magic pill or potion, only sound nutrition that will enable the nation to reverse the course we're on. Many people who struggle with excess weight don't understand the significance of brain chemistry in the scheme of weight gain. If a person can take the life of another human being due to insanity(brain chemistry gone awry), then depleted brain chemistry can certainly cause one to make the wrong choices when it comes to what they eat and drink.

I probably won't post this reply at Dissident Voice, gary. but just btw you, me, and the fencepost: it's about the most bullshit failure-to-answer a direct and private question I've ever read. When was the last time you ran for political office, and where? - Best regards, Lloyd

In Jul 11, Eric Patton asked: "What does Nutrico sell"?

If you go to Merriam-Webster online, you'll not find the word "obesification" - rather a lot of other words:

http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/obesification

Hey, Gary Kaposta. Did you invent the word "Obesification"?

What DOES Nutrico sell?

one very important factor is missing from this page: education.
the most fundamental factor in weight control is the knowledge.
so, question arising from this is, what knowledge and what does it teach us?
i'd rather let nutritionists teach us what to do and what to eat. maybe one will volunteer to do that.
still, we can make these statements: we live in an ocean of lies. in an ocean of lies in almost all spheres of our lives.
and, folks, no one can adjust to fiction; only to reality/truth.
for eons we have not eaten refined sugar; thus nature had not endowed us to deal w. it properly.
by necessity, many of us sit up to 14 hrs a day. we sleep or r in bed another 8-10 hrs. so we stand ab 2-4 hrs.
as for cause for this, i'l leave them out for now.
i do not want to say that we r sicker than ever; perhaps we r; and, again, there r causes for that; too many for me to put them all down.
and if one is sick one is less active. and we may be sicker than ever because of pollution.
according to some people there r now 130td industrial chemicals in use. more cld be said. thank u

Tennessee-Socialist,greetings from a retired Steel-Worker in Germany.
You are right with some of your remarks but its in your choice to change something for you.
We have similar problems in Germany .
first of all you have to change your behaviour!!
Some Examples : We use our Car only for distances more than 2 Kms a way, no use of elevators, a dog is better as every doctor,my german Sheperd is a my best medicine, play soccer twice a Week.
ELEMINAT your F****NG TV !!!!!
We do it 25 yers ago!!
TV produce passive and lazy people, its more bad than every disease !!
Dont read Marx, he was very lazy, in a letter to Engels he wrote : I am
proud that a NEVER worked !!
Eat what you want ( not to much) but be sure you are sweating once a day, better more.
And stop whining , if you have ever been in Russia you will enjoy USA 1+2 believe me .regards

Tenn
I seldom see TV - too busy. Your "2 Americas" sound as though you are suckling on the boob tube though.

Of course the US is not a "fair class-less society" - can you tell me where one is?

Here's where opposites are alike, D.R.
You're a 'rich American' and I'm so far below the poverty line I have to fall down to get up in the morning, yet we agree.
If I get fat and lazy, or perhaps I should say WHEN I get fat and lazy, it will be, in the immortal words of Jimmy Buffett, "my own damn fault."

However, I do sympathize with the kids whose parents confine them, restrain them, over protect them, deny them and sabotage their opportunities to be active and exercise. Out of fear, neglect or just plain bad habit, this is sad.

"because some people hate walking or jogging as cardio, they would rather do some weights, or use exercise machines."

You're probably a fat American. Because if you weren't, you would realize that walking, running, or jogging are really the ONLY ways to get cardio . . . free weights and exercise machines are anaerobic exercises that are used for muscle building. Please, don't call me ignorant and then drop a priceless bomb like that.

And if they "hate" walking? Guess what, sometimes you have to do things that you hate. It's called life. Better get used to it, pal.

And yes, sidewalks ARE fitness facilities. As are lawns, parks, beaches, docks, your kitchen floor, your driveway - if you think you need a "fitness facility" to be in shape, you are clearly not in shape.

Never in my life have I set foot into a "fitness facility" and yet I can 1RM 240 pounds, perform 65 sixty push-ups, and run four miles daily. These "fitness facilities" are a bourgeoise invention, something that you by your own volition say you are against.

Want to do free weights? Get some empty gallon milk jugs and fill 'em with water . . . voila, dumb bells. Want some resistence? Stack some heavy books on your back as you do push-ups. Or take a towel in both hands and pull apart as hard as you can.

Point being, your argument holds absolutely no water.

Am I a rich American? Sure. And I'm glad. Life is a mere game of chance, and fortune happened to favor me. I am lucky, and I acknowledge this. I look at things, I laugh at them, and I go about my day.

Go ahead and babble about things you think you are sure of in response to this. Oh, and by the way, I want you to prove to me a connection between Stirner and one of your two Americas. Because to be honest, smells like bullshit name-dropping on your part.

Oh, and please stop calling your subjective experience and interaction with the world an objective reality, it really detracts from your already weak points.

But, go ahead, get yourself all worked up over whatever it is you are pontificating. I might get a giggle or two.

Oh, and please stop calling your subjective experience and interaction with the world an objective reality, it really detracts from your already weak points.

But, go ahead, get yourself all worked up over whatever it is you are pontificating. I might get a giggle or two.

USA is depressive too, i forgot that which is linked to this article. The american way of life is depressive, it is based on a radical libertarianist mode of life, based on the ideas of deep-egoists such as Ayn Rand, the radical libertarianism of John Locke, Adam Smith, David Ricardo, Benjamin Franklin, Max Stirner. We need a change of thinking toward a more social lifestyle, with social clubs, social bonds, etc. we are social animals not Robinson Crusoes stranded in a lonely island.

You are wrong, and live in a mainstream corporate world, so turn off the TV.

What you and HP are saying is that sidewalks are fitness facilities, that's not entirely right, because some people hate walking or jogging as cardio, they would rather do some weights, or use exercise machines. You are literally saying that if there are sidewalks out there people *should* go for a walk in our ugly, dehumanized and dystopian unsafe, full of crimes dystopian environemt. Many parents in this country would rather not expose their kids to the US streets. So your arguments that sidewalks are gyms is not correct.

So now because i am telling the truth, i am "pulling excuses" !! No way i am not pulling excuses. I am telling the ugly truth about USA. There are 2 USAs, a nice USA for the middle elite, the thieves of America stealing the wealth from workers. And the other USA, the USA of workers, of the creators of wealth, who live like slaves.

So Marx was right in that capitalism creates palaces for the rich, and deformation and sickness for the workers.

So don't tell me now that USA is a fair class-less society with "equal opportunity" for everybody, hahaha, equal opportunity to clean your ass maybe, not an economic equal opportunity.

And by the way evie: turn off the TV, and land on earth, welcome reality to your life, stop living in a mainstream media world like most american bourgeosie folks.

Very well said HP.

Saying that one's environment and "system" is the only contributing factor is just enabling people and removing all personal responsibility.

I think I'll go have a run in my "polluted" city. Why?

'Cause I don't want to be fat.

"It is almost impossible to exercise outdoors in this country. This country is a mess for pedestrians, joggers and outdoor people. It is a paradise for drivers."

I've never had any probem exercising. Ever. Maybe because I don't make excuses to justify being lazy? When I don't want to work out I don't blame it on this and or that - I simply say, "I'm friggin' lazy tonight, and I'm not going to work out."

You, sir, have some seriously twisted logic going on in your head. I say take HP's advice - learn to laugh.

Re: Eric question above on Nutrico and the author.

DALLAS, TX (August 30, 2004) — Calling all low-Carb dieters: you’re on the right track but you’re taking the wrong train. Fortunately, a Texas-based company called Nutrico has developed a fat-loss dietary supplement, Serofil™, that not only puts you on the right train, but plants you in the best seat, too. And the conductor, company founder Gary Kaposta, is a man on a mission.

Only $49.95 for a one month supply of Serofil™.

Hmmm, what can Gary's mission be.

Last time I checked, just a second ago, the floor was still here and gravity was still in effect.
I did a couple of quick pushups, grabbed the jump rope and spun a few doubles and lo and behold....sweat!
I could have ran in and grabbed a coke and some chips but I decided instead to have some celery and yogurt.
All within the grasp of anyone, rich or poor.
The pushups and rope jumping were free.
I could be wrong, though.

ANOTHER WRONG STATEMENT BY HP:

"The whole world is a gym. The floor and gravity suffice."

Maybe that was back in the 1950s, in our unpulluted cities, public parks, and roads free of cars.

The USA of the XXI Century is a very terrible place for the working-classes. That's why i stress the importance of changing this system from a capitalist system to a working-class socialist system *exclusively* for workers (A workers-government)

Our cities are totally dysfunctional, full of cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc. polluting physically and mentally our cities. Many places where poor people live in America don't have public parks, sidewalks, basketball courts and walking trails.

The US workers and poor people live in terrible places in America. Remember that we got 2 USAs. One USA exclusively for the yuppies and haves. And the other USA, a dystopian, terrible place to live.

It is almost impossible to exercise outdoors in this country. This country is a mess for pedestrians, joggers and outdoor people. It is a paradise for drivers. So we can't expect average american citizens to go for a walk after they come home from work in our messy, terrible depressive cities.

Only the upper-class, and the middle bourgeoise yuppie class have the option to live in very nice places where they can practice outdoor activities, with plenty of sidewalks, public parks, and fitness rooms specially devoted for yuppies.

But face it, in America if you are not a yuppie elite, you don't have any option to practice any sport.
