Yeah, evie, let’s “just forget about it and move on”, which has become the mantra, from the right and “left”, for the last 30 years in this increasingly pathetic excuse of a free country. Forget about accountability, forget about the past. Gee, makes a person wonder why the trend continues … and worsens.

Ahhhh, Plame-gate. One of those weapons of masses distraction. Most anti-BushCo folks knew WMD was a lie from the beginning.

Why does the “left” continue to beat this dead horse – as if lying and “lost” documents is unique to the Bush administration? I’m still waiting for the government to find JFK’s brain.

A person might wonder if the “left” and “right” aren’t laughing together over these “incidents” a.k.a. “revelations” that change nothing but made you look! Like Oily North, and other fall guys before him, Scooter got a spanking, and then commutation (or pardon whichever is needed).

What offends me is the exspurt who can say with a straight face that the “private sector” would never get away with such negligence on a massive scale. What planet does he live on? Is the American prison industry bulging with millionaire white collar criminals and I missed it?

But, Joe and Val, or Ken and Barbie, have withstood the winds of character assassination, received awards, written books, and of late making ads for Mz Hillry, attired in blue shirts like regular Joe Blows, telling us in a 30-second spot that Clinton has the “Strongest Plan” for ending the war in Iraq.

Probably, just in time to be re-deployed to the Sudan where Joe’s job with Jarch Capital (oil exploration) could use some “peacekeeping” troops to straighten out those Sudanese folk.
