		<description>Workers&#039; cooperatives - sometimes referred to as socialist cooperatives are evolving into a fundamental shift in the struggle between management/employee.

Solidarity between workers&#039; cooperatives and unions is absolutely essential. What is so interesting (and we see it happening in Venezuela) is the realignment which eliminates (or at least portends the elimination) of the dichotomy between management/oweners and works. This model provides an alternative whereby workers become both employee and owner/employer.
