Wilkinson stated what I feel to be the biggest problem, as it appears he does also.

There are no penalties for these people. There are really only two people who end up on prison, real prison - blacks and drug addicts.

Perjury, fraud, extortion, embezzling - I don't care if you're JP Morgan, if you are convicted of any these sort of white-collar crimes your ENTIRE fortune should be conviscated and distributed to the people you have been fucking over the table for years, and then serve a real prison sentence - in San Quentin. None of these "prisons" that celebrities caught drunk-driving attend for three hours.

This goes hand in hand with the fact that we don't have a real justice system in this country. This is going to happen again and again. The pendulum swings back and forth, when the hard time passes, the sharks are given free reign and the common folk are destroyed.

If we had the justice system, the white collar crime would be punished much more severely than other crime, because it's much more insidious and destructive of society and by far many more people are affected in the worst possible way. How many people lost their life savings when Enron collapsed? What should they do now -- beg at street corners and sleep on grates in shivering cold? Die like dogs by the side of the road? Be a burden on their kin? It's a slow death, physical but worst of all mental. These people are destroyed, yet they have to live in unimaginable anguish, every day is a never ending nightmare. And nothing happened to the perpetrators. Even a few years in a country club prison -- the most that anyone got -- what is that when you've stolen millions -- billions -- (which you keep), you got your mansions, your yachts, your private jets, and your family is taken care of for eternity. It's totally insignificant. You may even write best sellers when you get out and "make" more millions of others' sufferings.

We should bring back the chopping block from the medieval times and all those beautiful death sentences they had back then (you know, like slowly driving a stake through somebody, etc.). And we should have a system that administers those to such people that deserve it -- mainly white collar criminals. I know, can't have that in a democracy. Well, the democracy is used by the sharks to screw the rest of us and to have multitudes go through a lot more pain -- undeservedly, than the punishments I am proposing above. This justice system right now is made for the criminals, not the victims.

"And, most importantly, abolish the Federal Reserve and give the control of our money back to our elected representatives in Congress."

I am not sure what you mean by this. Wouldn't this cure be worse than the disease? I mean, haven't the "elected" (by whom) representatives shown themselves to be totally corrupt and untrustworthy by now? Haven't they passed the laws abolishing banking and all other regulations? Don't they consistently vote for the special interests and against the common good? Don't they consistently vote budget-busting pork for their districts and huge, wastefull, corrupt, destabilizing (economically, financially, politically, morally) military expenditures?

Entrusting our money to congress is like entrusting one's child to a shark.

Of course, I have no idea what the alternative should be. Everything is rotten to the core.

Obamas's first speech
My fellow Americans the good guy's are here. {you might want to pause here for a few minutes). As of this day we are in a new age. Within hours I will direct our military to start bringing our troops home from Iraq.(again a pause). I know many of you are hurting right now, no one will go hungry or be without medical care though these tuff times. As of this day mass transit in the United States is free. Conserve what you can and work together as from this day forward we will now change the way we produce energy in this country and help the rest of the World do the same thing. This will be one of hardest projects in human history but with courage and working together we can do this. I have gathered the best minds on many different subjects. Climate, physics, engineering and one economist they will all have a voice. I have asked all the heads of the major corporations in this country to the White House not to talk but to listen. The Day's of business making policy in this country is over. I will tell them the big change over is going to happen if they have any ideas on how to produce energy without fossil fuels and the way's we can conserve until we can get it right. I have set up an 800 number for them to call anytime and soon, call now. There is already a research facility in this country looking for new way's to produce energy and I will direct congress to give any funds needed for that research. All the company's who produce energy in this country and Worldwide will get any help they need for the big changeover. We will rebuild the infrastructure of this country and help other countries with there's. To start new rail systems. Time is short so that is all I have to say for now remember the good guy's are here and if we work together we can do this it's time to go to work have hope and courage we can do this.

      Sounds good to me
