Well, what do you expect: US has one of the highest rates of child abuse , and one of the lowest rates of child "welfare" in the world! EXPORT is very vital to this imperialist system!

At this point, amid the perpetual cascade of costs incurred by violence and war, who can be at all surprised that children bear the brunt of what is, in every sense, a systematic campaign of genocide conducted by the United States, Israel, and the United Kingdom (as well as the other partners of the willing...killing)? I'll say this, if you're going to commit war crimes anyway, killing children by any means possible is certainly efficient, not only in reducing short-term indigenous resistance, but also by eliminating potential sources of future resistance.

Not that this campaign of terror started then, but Clinton-Thatcher's implementation of the murderous sanctions against Iraq in the 1990's, complemented with strategic bombing, was a calculated political decision to effect a time-proven method for weakening a nation: killing its children. This very conveniently set the stage for the military invasion and occupation (Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, etc.) under Bush and Cheney, Blair, Howard, Olmert, Mubarak, and all the others who continue to preside over the imperial practices of racism and genocide.

Under any meaningful system of justice, the actions by these governments, and all responsible individuals, would be punishable by death to the offenders. I'd settle for daily waterboarding of the entire lot of subhuman monsters who pull the strings in the Triumvirate of Terrorist Nations. US-Israel-UK: devouring humanity to feed our greed is the game we play: play by our rules, or die, brown scum. And the ovines among us continue to vote for killers of children....yep, sure proud to be an American.

Wise up you two! Didn't you know we are spreading democracy to the backwards nation of Iraq! They will appreciate it, even if we have to kill every single one!

Seriously, children are sacred. I don't know how politicians can even try and justify any military action when children are dying. We commonly hear the "well, innocent people have to die, that is what happens in war."

Americans are such scoundrels. I wonder, do these politicians completely lack the ability to place themselves in other people's shoes? If they could just for a moment place themselves on the blood-soaked streets of Baghdad, holding their mutilated, bloodied, and dying child in their arms because a mortar or bomb landed while they were in the wrong place . . . I bet they would be signing a different song.

But no, American streets are safe. To them, that's all that matters.

Innocent people die in war, and I am well aware of that. There is a simple solution though:

No war.

In the event that children, the most innocent creatures on earth, are suffering - all politics go right out the fuckin' window. Right wing, left wing . . . it just doesn't matter anymore. The only thing that matters is that it has to stop.
