I watched part of this case on Court TV. It says a lot about how racist the usa is and how dysfunctional the judicial system is. Beyond that, the whole idea of "boot camps" is wrong for kids. There are other methods that should be used. I have been teaching and working with children for more than 50 years. Some children do need special attention - but NOT boot camps. Good article, Thanks.
