Looking like more and more are finally reaching the correct conclusion these criminals won't be leaving "unassisted."

Get ready if you really love your country, patriots.

Whatever it takes to reinstate the Law of the land, the US Constitution, is

PERFECTLY WITHIN OUR Rights. No, it is our obligation to posterity not to allow this abomination to occur here.

Chin up. We have difficult times ahead, but with a glimmer of hope that we CAN make a change.

So, speaking as a Republican, I have to say that I have been TREMENDOUSLY disappointed that the Democratic leadership hasn't taken this administration to task for the clear "high crimes and misdemeanors" committed.

The suspension of habeas corpus, illegal wiretapping, an illegal war of naked aggression...what the hell is going on here??? How can the Democratic party be so damn flaccid???

Reid, Pelosi, Conyers - shame on every single one of you. I voted for the Democratic congressional candidate in my district, a fellow by the name of Eric Massa; and I plan on voting for him again next year against the GOP rubber stamp incumbent Randy Kuhl.

But, as far as the rest of the Democratic party is concerned - you all disgust me. You were voted into office because the electorate is sick of a President who clearly has nothing but contempt for the rule of law, the Constitution, and the vast majority of the American people. Again, keep in mind that I am a Republican saying this (and no, I didn't vote for President Bush either time).

I will not vote for any of your Presidential candidates in '08, there is no difference in what I'm hearing from any of them than I do the equally vacuous GOP field. All hawks. War, war, war, boogeymen, war, war, more boogeyment...did we mention war? You're kidding yourselves if you think Hillary, Barack or any of the rest will triangulate a new course for the ship of state.

One quick aside to everyone - stop using childish names when referring to the President. Hate the man, absolutely hate the man, God knows I do....but at least respect the office. It detracts from your argument at a time that we need to up the level of discourse that we have on these topics. We absolutely need to hold our President to a higher standard, we NEED to believe that the office is a force for every single ideal that being American stands for.

If we don't, this republic shall soon pass from the earth.

There is a very powerful lobby with many allies (many duped allies) which wants the war and covers both left and right.
Jews.
Its that simple. Thats whose favorite little country all this benefits.
Thats the problem.

The thing that makes me laugh everytime is this belief that the two political parties are seperate. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Elections are an illusion created to make us think we have choice. They offer up their selected candidates and we choose one. If we do not choose the perfect candidate, they massage the numbers so that the perfect candidate is elected.

And by perfect I mean one that will serve the NWO agenda.

One World Government, One World Currency, One World Army, One World Religion and a Microchipped population that will be a cinch to control.

That is the agenda. And it is being implemented as we speak.

These people in office are NOT americans. They could care less about the USA. They are members of CFR, Trilateral Commission, Bilderbergers, Bohemian Grovers, Masons, Zionists, Skull & Bones, Scroll & Key, RIIA etc etc etc.

These private organizations USE government positions to move forward their private agendas. And they have done so for a very very long time.

These organizations must be banned from office. Period. Not to do so will ensure that americans will be repeating this very sad attempt at fixing the problems over and over again.

When Mr Boyle says "not all Democrats" have been complicit in Mr Bush's plans, I think he's being purposefully vague.

The only Democrat who hasn't been complicit is Dennis Kucinich. And even Mr Kucinich's efforts have been half-hearted. He can't even get 15 co-signers for his impeachment bill. He's had advice from Mike Gravel on how to get those signatures. He refuses to follow Gravel's advice.

So from where I sit, all of the Democrats are complicit.

Otherwise I agree with the essay, from a Constitutional perspective. And yet even there Mr Boyle is too soft. The Constitution gives Congress both the purse power and the War Power. Exclusively. That's right. EXCLUSIVE power.

+++++++++++

Cat Callaghan above is mistaken. The Democrats haven't been bullied. They are knowingly complicit. How exactly could the Republicans "bully" the Democrats? With some sort of "dirt" used as blackmail? Right. Let's try to remember that both sides have "dirt" on the other. No, there is no strong-arming, no bullying at work here. This is all 100% knowing complicity by the Democrats.

+++++++++++

Mike Moss above is mistaken, for the same reasons I just offered in rebuttal to Cat Callaghan. It's naive to think it's all down to Pelosi. That's childlike fantasy. The Speaker doesn't run the show. Mr Moss needs to learn how the Congress actually works. The Democrats are equally culpable, equally vile. There' s no hair's breadth difference between Democrats and Republicans. The difference is superficial -- the label, the rhetoric. No difference in practice. NONE.

We're now involved in resource wars - and more are coming. The Republicans know it, the Democrats know it, the Senate knows it, and the House knows it. It seems the public is the only group still suffering from ignorance or denial.

How does "arresting someone for disorderly conduct equal arresting one of the leaders of the American Peace Movement for insisting that he and his congressional colleagues perform their constitutionally-mandated duties"?
Sounds like NeoCon logic to me !

The main problem is Pelosi. The all hearaled first Speaker female is a friggin joke and sitting on Bushs lap playing with his 2 inch pecker since day one in AIPAC pcokets.
Murtha is the catalyst who won this whole thing from the evil wicked bastard GOP who is perverted in every way and children of satan tools with their beloved jews.
What a mess this Bush bastard has made destroying America as quick as Lincoln destroyed the south.
Never elect the GOP for anything even though the Democracts are just a the less worse of 2 evils if only by a hair, its still a hair.

The author of this article is wrong. It doesn't matter how many Iraqis are killed. It doesn't matter how many Americans are killed. It doesn't matter how many Afghans are killed and it won't matter how many Iranians or Pakistanis are killed. George Bush or whoever the power structure allows to follow him, assuming that Bush does leave office, will never leave Iraq or any of the other countries that they have invaded or plan to invade . The wars that are being waged and the wars that will be waged have all been preplanned by people who are part of a group called the Project for the New American Century. The main goal of the P.N.A.C. is to invade and occupy oil rich middle eastern countries in order to steal their oil and then use that oil to control other countries around the World, with the purpose of building a " A New American Empire" that will be run by the neo-cons to enrich themselves and their corporate cronies . And sorry, unless your name is Bush, Cheney , Rumsfeld etc.. or you are the head of a major neo-con approved corporation, this empire , even though we will pay for it in our money and blood , won't benefit us. This about setting up a ruling elite above all governments and that leaves you out. Another major part of the P.N.A.C. paper was about how to change the pshcye of the American people from primarly wanting peaceful solutions to World problems into accepting the neo-con agenda of perpetual war for perpetual power and profit , with the corresponding huge increases in military spending at the expense of everthing else. But the neo-cons had a problem , how were they going to get the American people and the non neo-cons in the government to go along with their plans. The answer is simple, the neo-cons surmised that in order to "Transform" the American people into the "neo-con state of mind " we would need to suffer a "New Pearl Harbor Event" . Nine months after taking office the neo-cons gave us 9-11 . Coincidence ? I don't think so . You may ask how do I know all of this ? The answer is simple , I read the neo-con's P.N.A.C. report and you can read it too at www. raytal.com or just google P.N.A.C. . Read what it says and then look at the names of the people who signed it and then look what they have done to our country even before 9-11. Many of them are still in major positions of power in the Bush administration .

When the Law does not apply to all, it becomes merely a Joke on those who do comply.
I am of the same mind as carol and joed. We are on our own. The so-called government is nothing but a crime syndicate.
Not a single statute, nor a single officer in government has constitutional authority at this time; those have been forfeited by the malfeasence of the current regime, all three branches of it.

joed nailed it. They don't give a damn about us or what we want. We are bugs to them. People have got to grow up and lose this child like trust.

Civil disobedience, boycotts, national strikes. Pull your money out of banks, stocks, bonds, CD's, 401k's, etc. Stock up on food, water, medicines, weapons, alternate transportation. Band together, have a safe haven to go to, pull your kids out of public school if at all possible, or else drill them well on how to make their way home if chaos breaks loose. Make them understand that if a "national emergency" happens(which it will at some point)that if they get herded on those school buses, you will never see them again.

I have one child being homeschooled, the older one entering high school. The high school building is only 4 blocks from our house, and I have drilled it into our oldest son's head about this scenerio.

Both parties dance to the same tune called, The New World Order Waltz.
Three steps forward, bend, one step back, sway and look, around. Repeat until, Canada, The US and Mexico, are one and the transcontinental highway is up and dancing, too!

Could it be that the dems don't care about the next election? Maybe cheney told them he decided he will not have any more elections. Or maybe there are other consequences of not complying that we don't know about.

The republicans are all in 'lock-step' with whatever Bush wants. The democrats have too much blackmail hanging over their heads(wittness what happened to Bill Clinton!) Years ago a famous psychic said that our country would find itself in another civil war because of rulers who refused to listen to the people. There is such a 'disconnect' between the wealthy elite who rule from the 'District of Criminals" and the average working and middle-class person, that these folks haven't a clue why the rest of us are so pissed. But I'm not worried. The world sees us as the 'bully on the block' and sooner or later the chickens will come home to roost and the 'elite' of the District of Criminals will be lucky if they escape tarring and feathering! All it will take is the Russians, Chinese and Cubans invading. Think it can't happen? Better think again!

Do we really think any of them care about our well being! Its like who ever we we think can bring about real change, and vote for they always have handed us band-aids to just cover the gapeing wounds of our FREE COUNTRY only for their own Gain.

The definition of insanity surely applies here.
Why would anyone believe the Democrats are anything but traitors to the citizens of this nation?
The Democrats, with Pelosi leading the way, may as well move their offices to Tel Aviv, where they belong.

Fine article. but, why would anyone expect the Dems to do anything except further the cause? Why is it so difficult for you people to make that leap?! Here's the deal; pelosi, reid etc ain't your friend and they ain't gonna' help you. The us is doomed! The only option you have is to sacrifice your comfort and stop buying anything you can live without. If you expect the politicians to change then you will continue in child-like bewilderment. It is YOU that must change NOW!
Stop buying stuff-there is no other choice that will, possibly, help you.
Your vote hasn't counted for at least 7 years why do you think it will count next year. Grow up and fight like people that have something to gain!!
