The Israeli plan is as unsustainable in the long term. Close the door to Hamas and a Palestinian branch of Al Qaeda will fly in through the window. The Israeli motto is, "Let them hate us, so long as they fear us." But what happens when they no longer fear you, yet still hate you?

Dear Gerald:
You are not alone when you say “if every U.S. citizen knew what is
discussed above, the world would be a better place.” I as an Iranian would like to say the same thing about Iranians, especially Iranian youth, from the middle and upper middle classes who have access to Internet. Poor Iranians, like poor in every country, are not presented in globalized world and hve no access to Internet, therefore it is difficult to find out what is their opinions, but I assume they are more sympathetic towards Palestinians because the Iranian government held “Palestine day” at the end of Ramadan annually and try to educated people on the question of Palestine through demonstration and other means. These Iranians who regularly post their opinions on gooya website, majority are part of the opposition groups, are extremely illiterate and prejudice towards Arabs and the Palestinian cause and at least insensitive to what is happening in the Muslim world especially in neighboring country Iraq. I had an opportunity to check few websites to find out what are their opinions on current events. Some of these Iranians who are living abroad have no working knowledge of facts on either Palestinians or Lebanese massacre and repeat the lies of the political elites of Zionist/Imperialist on what has happened to Hamas or Hezbollah. These illiterate Iranians, attacking Palestinian, like those illiterate American who have internalized the lies of the Zionist lobby from early age, as terrorists. This is shocking to me since these People have both language skills and resources to educate themselves but apparently heavy Consumption of Chinese made American products unable them to see their deficiencies and as long as they are entertained by Paris Hilton and busy shopping at the malls either in the west or in Arab Emirate, new place for the Iranian rich who make their fortune by robbing Iranian people through legal means which is called “market economy” where has been established by corrupt businessman in name of Akbar Rafsanjani who is darling of the West especially the American political elites since he has promised them to bring Iran Into the Zionist/Imperialist plan which is called
“ the larger Middle East” . Rafsanjani is supported by the rich Iranians and “Iranian Intellectuals” who are living abroad and enriching themselves by giving their services to the Zionist/Imperialist war criminals in hope of obtaining a political office in the future imaginary government of Iran like in Georgia, Afghanistan or Iraq which I am sure are going to take it with them into their graves. These traitors have the preliminary requirements such as American citizenship, a degree from university in the West and language skills. These Iranian
opportunists criticize anything related to the Iranian government or Islam, yet they are so ignorant on mattes related to Islam. For example these illiterate Iranian do not know that female circumcision is not Islamic rather is African tradition. They have no knowledge on what had happened in Palestine and Lebanon even during the past year. They do not know that Hamas did win the election and it is the Israeli and the US fault for the Palestinian split since they did not recognize Hamas as the winner. Iranian opposition abroad should not be trusted without knowledge of the group or the individuals. First these people as American citizen should show their sincerity by publishing articles that criticize the illegal occupation and torture by their government, US, in Iraq and elsewhere and then talk on democracy for Iran.

For some persons, this article might be a surprise, however, it is close to the truth. The present extreme right wing government of PM. E.Olmert has no desire for an independent Arab-Palestine with a capital of Al-Kuds as was explained by the government spokeswoman Ms. Miri Eisin: "Israel wants it to go slower..." and this after 40 years of occupation and war against the Palestinians with the assistance of the USA and unfortunately, Germany with its massive financial and military assistance in those four decades. The "Tunnel-Project" is also not new. If I remember this correctly it came to light in the times of ex-President Clinton and was explained by the Israeli ex-PM & Chief of Staff
Ehud Barak. In this connection it is helpful to read the book of Prof. Israel Shahak, "The Zionist Plan for the Middle East" (1982), which is a translation of Mr.Oded Yinin's book (Iwrith/Hebrew), " A Strategy for Israel in the 1980s".

If every U. S. citizen knew what is discussed above, the world would be a better place. Many of my educated and concerned friends, still do not even know the basics about the monstrous horrors of Israeli exceptionalism and its manipulative propaganda machine.
