Maybe the individual was seen at an anti-government rally, maybe somebody identified the person as a terrorist, perhaps religion was an issue. Here in America, such a thing would never happen... until Bush began to alter our Constitution. If our Congress doesn't rise up and slap Bush, Cheney, Gonzolez down, what's next?
