There were only a few hopeful idiots in the Zionist camps prior to Britain and then post WWII Empire nailing down the fate of Palestinians. Calling it a "more than century old conflict" insinuates that European Jews somehow had a claim to that land to begin with and are justified in their theft--were they to only end post 1967 occupation. The bogus land sales that allowed the original European Zionists to purchase Palestinian lands from non-resident Arab swindlers is hardly a case for claiming a "more than century-old conflict" considering in small part how hopeless the Zionist vision of total dominance was on it's own at that time.
