i think a lot about those days and they were great. in 1967 i was 19. sly was at the electric circus a lot. we were all anti-war . the party was never ending. i marched on washington. i tried to find a new way. it was all a blast. times change, people grew up. we were co-opted by "the man". we became "the man". a new sacrament , i don't think so. it was 99% sex, drugs and rock 'n roll. all very brave new world and somehow even romantic but don't imagine it was something it was not.
