I think this whole immigration issue is clearly fear of a browning America. Just about everyone at the demonstration was abiding by the law, and doing what the police asked them to. Heck, even a FOX reporter (and a woman) was clubbed by the police. And I haven’t heard anything more about it. Will anyone be held accountable? I’m willing to wait a little while, but let’s hope there’s justice.

the author is an idiot,and consciously obscures the clear line between legals (law-abiding) and illegals (criminals).

If the police tell me to do something, I do it–politely.If I were a criminal, I’d be VERY polite.If not,I’d deserve what I might get.And LEWIS above has it just right.

A solid strip of land mines at the border would solve a lot of probelms.

Speaking of hate…. what’s with the deliberate exclusion of adult male humans from the list of victims we’re supposed to give a fuck about?

Oh and by the way, the ridiculous claim that “No one would tolerate it for a moment if white babies were fired on by pigs using “less than lethal” weapons””, do you have any evidence? Show me some evidence of “no one tolerating” any evil acts of police and government in the last 8 years. People feel as if they can do nothing about it, thus they feel forced to tolerate it, that they have no other choice. 1/3rd of Americans believe the govt. knew about the 9-11 attacks in advance and more than half of those think they planned it yet where’s the people “not tolerating” it?

I agree with you, but the Democratic Mayor is full of it. Why doesn’t he suspend the officers (and their commander!) WITHOUT pay pending the investigation is he is really outraged at the LAPD’s conduct?

From the footage I posted in my blog, you can see the cops were just going after anyone they could, including reporters from the local (corporate) media.
