Having promised myself if Rage was to come back on tour again I would not miss it, I am going to the SF Rock The Bells Show. Needless to say, this article pumped me up even more! Most of their fanbase in the late 90's seemed to me to be fairly a-political (although most young politicos listened to them at the time) but America has been dramatically politicized by the Global "War on Terror", Iraq, Katrina, Bush, etc. in a way that wasn't true when they were around. I wish they would re-unite and start making great music again. Also, I liked their earlier stuff much more than their late stuff. Can't exactly explain why. Good article.
